- Integrate Broadly: Ensure Sponsored Results is well-integrated with the broader platform and shared services.
- Proven success leading full-stack development teams for consumer-facing products.
- Experience with machine learning and advertising platforms (auctions, bidding, ranking) is highly desirable.
- Strong product sense and business acumen, with a track record of data-driven growth.
- Expertise building and scaling complex, high-traffic systems that impact client outcomes.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and modern distributed architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and go-to-market.
