About The Role

We’re searching for an engineering leader who thrives on shaping vision and driving execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our cofounder/CTO to transform bold ideas into elegant, scalable systems that redefine developer experience. Beyond the architecture and code, you’ll have a direct hand in crafting the product experience and ensuring it resonates deeply with users.

• Define and execute the engineering vision: Partner with leadership to establish a clear roadmap and build the technical foundation for a category-defining platform.
• Recruit and grow exceptional talent: Bring together engineers who love solving complex challenges, care about user experience, and thrive in an environment of ownership and creativity.
• Lead with purpose and ambition: Set high standards, align the team around shared goals, and inspire world-class performance through clarity, mentorship, and action.
• Stay hands-on: Jump into the code, prototype new ideas, and remove roadblocks—no task is beneath you when it contributes to the mission.
