ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to
- Work with an inspiring team
- Work directly with the public
- Schedule and register patient for services
- Collect patient data such as demographic, income, and insurance
- Determine patient eligibility for services
- Listen to patients to determine needed service
- Check patients out
- Collect and process fees/payments
- Process Vital Records
- Maintain supplies, and inventory
- Participate in emergency response
- Participate in community health related activities offsite
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
- Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and
- Experience equivalent to two years of full-time customer service delivery and/or clerical/office work
- Course work credit received from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
