Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and organizational culture.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives to support continuous development and recognition.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using systems like Paychex or ADP.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Facilitate change management projects and organization design efforts to align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and conflict management skills, promoting a positive work environment.
- Support HR sourcing activities by leveraging social media platforms and other channels to attract diverse talent pools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft; experience with payroll systems like Paychex or Kronos is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data collection and data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in training & development programs, employee orientation, and succession planning strategies.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS (e.g., iCIMS), Taleo or Lever; familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
