What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across the life sciences industry.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks within IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences fields.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with your team to hit recruitment and revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market insights to strengthen recruitment strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency, staffing, or corporate).
- Passion for sales, recruiting, and relationship-building.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals.
- Ability to work in a team-driven office environment (onsite only).
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet client deadlines.
- Base Salary Commission with uncapped earning potential.
