In this position, you will oversee property listings, perform market evaluations, and help clients discover their ideal homes. Your skills will be vital in negotiating agreements and facilitating smooth transactions. Responsibilities

• Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
• Convert incoming leads
• Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
• Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
• Provide Housing and Community Information Research
• Preview and show homes
• Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
• Execute company lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

• Must have a CA real estate license
• Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Must have knowledge of the Long Beach and surrounding communities
• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
• Collaborative team member
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Eager to learn and grow
• Highly organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Superior time management skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
