Position Overview:
This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious electrical leader to design their own team, implement best practices, and shape the future of residential electrical services in our community.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Launch and build the residential electrical division, with full support from Anderson leadership.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed electricians and apprentices.
- Develop workflows, safety protocols, and job standards for residential electrical installs, repairs, upgrades, and code compliance.
- Oversee job scheduling, quality assurance, permitting, and inspections.
- Conduct hands-on field work as needed, especially in the early stages of team development.
- Work closely with other department managers to provide seamless cross-trade customer service.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
What Does It Take?
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of team building, mentoring, and department growth.
- Deep knowledge of residential service, remodels, panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, home automation, whole home generator installations, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
