RESPONSIBILITIES OF SERVICE ADVISORS:
- Promptly greet customers
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle history
- Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor progress of each vehicle's repair order and frequently update customers
- Verify final invoices reconcile with work performed on repair orders
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
- Above-average energy level, positive attitude
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
