As a Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face that greets customers in our showroom, educates them on flooring options, and guides them through the selection process. You'll create full estimates, close sales, and build lasting relationships with clients. Full training is provided, so if you have the right attitude and the drive to succeed, we can teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Educate clients about flooring products, styles, and installation options.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting showroom.
  • Adapt to and learn new sales tools, technology, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but a strong ability to sell and connect with customers is what matters most.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to technology.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Base pay at $13.75 per hour. Highly competitive commissions, with strong performers earning $85K to $105K annually; top earners can exceed $100K/year.
