As a Flooring Installer at Anderson Flooring, you'll work on a variety of projects, primarily multi-family apartment turns, new home builds, and residential installations. We're seeking skilled professionals who can hit the ground running, particularly in carpet installation, while maintaining our high standards for workmanship and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVP, hardwood, and other flooring materials to company standards.
- Work on multi-family, new construction, and residential job sites.
- Measure job sites, prepare areas, and complete installations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Follow all company safety and quality protocols.
- Must have proven experience in carpet installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check upon offer.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.
- Career-driven mindset with interest in long-term growth.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Competitive hourly pay at $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
