Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to join our team in Muskegon, MI, 49444. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our team meets performance standards while fostering a positive work environment. • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.

• Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.

• Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing support for skill development.

• Address and resolve any employee or operational issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Do Time and Attendace

• Experience with MRP Systems a plus. Experience with Global Shop solution is a plus plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experiance with CNC and assembly lines.
• Experience as a machinist a plus.
