Currently in its third generation of family ownership and management, the company spans six states – West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine with 19 branch locations.Job Description Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, system-proficient Administrative Coordinator to support Human Resources, Accounting and Executives at Anderson Equipment Company. Ideal candidate will have potential to specialize and be promoted within Accounting or Human Resources department.Major Responsibilities:Human Resources Manage and follow up on employee events – reviews, licenses, training, etc. Monitor, review and prepare payment for invoicing – ADP, Benefits, etc. Prepare and follow up on new hire background checks, orientation, onboardingMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsAssist with various HR administrative tasks as neededAccounting Assist with payroll Provide backup support for AP processing when neededCorporate Administration Handle correspondence, maintain office suppliesProvide backup on switchboard when neededAssist with special projects – corporate mailings, communication, eventsRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related fieldAssociates degree with applicable work experienceExperience in Accounting or Human Resources is a plusStrong proficiency with systems and data organization and analysisExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in the Bridgeville office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).Compensation and Benefits:· Salary depends on education, work experience: $26-30 per hour.· Benefits include Medical and Prescription Drugs, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Heath Savings Account, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off (PTO).· Retirement Savings is a 401K Plan with Match and Profit Sharing contributed by the Company.· The Company supports professional development through career advancement opportunities, transfers to other branch locations, tuition reimbursement, and company-sponsored training programs.
