Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Technician responsible for maintenance and support for our voting system.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain our county's voting system
• Give support to our machine vendor during machine setup
• Provide routine maintenance and inspection to all voting machines
• Adhere to Federal/State Law guidelines regarding voting procedures and assist with the
transportation and setup during elections.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment when called necessary
Required Qualifications
• Mechanically inclined with electronic equipment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good social skills and work well with others
• Pass a background check
• Registered voter in Anderson County
Preferred Qualifications
• High school education or equivalent
