Your Role: As a Product Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our success. From guiding customers through the car-buying process to delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Explain vehicle features, advantages and benefits, and warranties.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new vehicle models.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
