Job Purpose:
To develop and execute strategic sales plans, supervise a team of sales professionals, and achieve revenue goals. This role involves coaching and mentoring sales staff, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Work with Sales Leadership to develop and execute plans to build a consistent revenue model from online events, phone sales, live events, and in-person consultations.
- Ensure the sales plans meet or exceed company revenue targets.
- Monitor and track sales metrics and reports within Salesforce, summarizing for weekly deep dive with Sales Leadership.
Team Development:
- Develop a team of sales professionals with detailed product knowledge, exceptional client service skills, and adherence to processes and procedures.
- Coach a team of sales professionals on sales process techniques and grow revenue.
- Participate in the planning and execution of continuing education for the sales team.
- Setting and tracking sales targets for the team
- Monitoring sales calls and providing feedback to individual team members.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to improve performance
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to the sales administration process
Pipeline Management:
- Work with sales team members to effectively manage lead pipelines and meet sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to distribute leads from multiple sources.
Client Service and Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to ensure client documentation and sales proposals are accurate and consistent with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve customer complaints.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue goals.
- Experience working with Salesforce and pipeline management.
- Ability to read and interpret sales reports, analyze data, and connect metrics to sales strategy.
- Proficiency with G Suite (including Gmail, Slides, Docs, and Sheets).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated independent thinker who likes to learn fast.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or coursework related to sales management or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
