Job Purpose:


This role provides comprehensive operational and relationship support to the Affiliate team, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and accurate documentation across all affiliate partnerships. The position is responsible for managing affiliate onboarding, maintaining regular communication, tracking referral activity and performance, and coordinating affiliate payments.


Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Management: 

  • Onboard new affiliates and partners, ensuring a seamless setup experience. Provide ongoing support and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Create and maintain partner and sponsorship agreements. Track and reconcile referral payments and credits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate sponsorship partnerships by managing agreements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Create and maintain contracts for new affiliates and sponsorships.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: 

  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to optimize campaigns and increase partner productivity.

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal teams (marketing, e-commerce) to align on strategy and overall campaign. Provide timely updates, marketing materials, promotional offerings, and partnership support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years directly managing partner or client relationships (e.g., partnerships, business development, affiliate management, or client success).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, payments, and reporting, including the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone and email etiquette required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly reporting and data management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello).
  • Prior experience supporting marketing, affiliate, or partnership programs.-

  • Communication: Responsiveness and quality of correspondence with Affiliates and internal stakeholders.
