The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development & Sales to lead, grow, and optimize our high-performance sales team (10-15 reps). This role is for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at:
- Scaling and optimizing a sales floor for aggressive revenue growth
- Recruiting and developing top sales talent to maintain elite performance
- Driving strategy, coaching, and execution to hit and exceed revenue targets

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and drive the inside sales team (10-15 reps) to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent to ensure peak performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to scale revenue from $7.5M to $15M in two years
- Set aggressive but achievable KPIs and continuously optimize processes
- Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and high-energy performance
- Stay ahead of market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company goals
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, resolution, and customer care
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Strong recruitment, coaching, and leadership skills—you know how to build an all-star team
- Proven experience in leading, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Track record of driving $10M in annual revenue (preferably in financial services, tax resolution, or a high-ticket B2C/B2B industry)
- Master of sales strategy, execution, and performance management
- Data-driven decision-maker who leverages metrics to drive success
- Energetic, driven, and highly persuasive—a natural motivator
