Anderson Health Services is looking for a dedicated and innovative Youth Mental Health Therapist to empower young individuals on their healing journey. In this role, youll provide engaging, age-appropriate counseling that helps youth take ownership of their treatment.
What Youll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for youth (ages 5-17) healing from trauma.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of 8-10 youth for focused, personalized care.
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Nursing and Case Management.
- Demonstrate cultural competence and responsiveness in all interactions.
What Were Looking For:
- A compassionate professional with at least 1 year of experience in adolescent or child mental health.
- A licensed therapist in North Carolina with one of the following credentials:

LCMHC or LCMHC-A
