Warehouse Solutions Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Solutions Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement warehouse distribution strategies that enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel to collect, analyze, and visualize supply chain data for informed decision-making.
• Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and freight arrangements with 3PL providers and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) partners.
• Oversee shipping & receiving operations, and customer service expectations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks or issues in warehouse operations or transportation planning and develop process improvement initiatives.
• Support demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory stocking strategies by leveraging ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs to optimize supply chain flow.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel data analysis tools, spreadsheets, SQL queries, and Tableau dashboards.
• Proven ability in procurement processes including sourcing, vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance procedures, freight forwarding (including NVOCC), and cross-border logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with procurement teams, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis and category management to streamline operations.
