Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task well
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process title applications
- Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, powers of attorney, etc.
- Audit deal paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion
- Ensure titles are accurate and accounted for
- Perform other general office duties as needed
