What You'll Do

This isn't your typical desk job-you'll be out building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen.

•Grow and manage referral partnerships across your territory

•Connect with patients, families, and providers to guide care solutions

•Represent Atlas at community events, presentations, and networking opportunities

•Identify new growth opportunities and drive strategic outreach

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

You'll play a key role in expanding access to our full continuum of care with Aegis Healthcare, including Mobile Primary Care, Home Health, Palliative, Hospice, Therapy, DME, and Medical Transport.

Who You Are

•Relationship-builder with 2 years in marketing, outreach, or referral development

•Passionate about healthcare and making a difference

•Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role

•Strong communicator (in person, over the phone, and in writing)

•Organized, adaptable, and goal-driven

•Familiarity with the local senior care or healthcare space is a plus

Requirements:

•Valid driver's license reliable transportation

•Auto insurance & registration
