What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist
As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:
β Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily function
β Teach adaptive techniques to help patients regain independence
β Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
β Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
β Train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment
β Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
β Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
What We're Looking For
β Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
β Active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska
β 2 years of experience (preferred)
β Strong communication & time management skills
β Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
β Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
β Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
β CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
