What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist
As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:
✔ Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily function
✔ Teach adaptive techniques to help patients regain independence
✔ Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
✔ Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
✔ Train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment
✔ Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
✔ Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
What We're Looking For
✅ Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
✅ Active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska
✅ 2 years of experience (preferred)
✅ Strong communication & time management skills
✅ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
✅ Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
✅ Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
✅ CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
