- Material & System Familiarity
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to safely work at heights and on flat roofing systems
- Physically fit for demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Professional in conduct and communication
- Safety-focused mindset at all times
- Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
- Pass DISA and ASAP drug testing and background checks
- OSHA training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
