What are the responsibilities and job description for the Track and Trace Analyst (Hybrid - Horsham, PA) position at Ancillare?
Job Purpose:
The Track and Trace Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
movement of goods to their destination. This role is responsible for supervising
and managing depots and making decisions based on inventory issues.
Additionally, working in collaboration with the Sr Manager Global Supply Chain
Operations, Logistics and Transportation Teams this role will monitor and track
shipments, working to successfully identify, escalate and resolve any delays or
issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic depot network ensuring company and customer
requirements are communicated, understood and met through ongoing
interaction with depot points of contact.
- Ensure depots are in compliance with all regulatory and company policies
and procedures related to Ancillare supply chain operations.
- Safeguard continuity of operations, procedures, processes and
communications with Strategic depots.
- Regularly monitor/audit depot adherence to Quality agreement as detailed in
contracts. Initiating company directive if compliance/adherence determined
to be deficient.
- Ensure all depot shipments have accurate tracking details in the system.
- Monitor, track and receive all depot purchase orders, and shipments,
ensuring timely and efficient delivery to end user.
- Communicate with cross- functional team directly with order status updates.
- Escalate issues to Sr Manager Global Supply Chain Operations or designee as
they arise.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and their status,
providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide routine reports and updates to management on the status of
shipments and purchase order issues or delays. Escalating timely critical
finds.
- Develop & maintain master tracker for company depots.
- Maintain an elevated level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of
the job.
- Ability and desire to work a project to completion meeting and or exceeding
timeline deliverables.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate and drive the Ancillare mission, values, and strategy.
- Drive, participate and contribute positively to process improvement
initiatives and creation of SOPs and functional training
development/revision and implementation.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing
new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to the job.
- Assist in other areas within the department and company as necessary;
perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Effectively collaborate with internal colleagues and business partners to
successfully complete tasks accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED. Degree in Supply Chain or similar
preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in administrative or logistics required.
- Intermediate MS Office experience required including Excel.
- Previous tracking systems and software preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
