What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright Project Manager position at Anchored Welding and Fabrication?
Seeking an experienced millwright project manager. This position oversees industrial construction, installation and maintenance projects ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget. This position will coordinate crews, define project scope, manage resources and act as the main client contact. This position reports directly to the owner.

· Department management experience of at least 5 years.
· Good general math and trigonometry.
· Ability to interpret blueprints/drawings/plans.
· Good hands-on mechanical ability with all equipment in shop and field.
· Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products.
· Experience working with metal fabrication, heavy machinery, conveyors and precision equipment.
· Hands on working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
· CAD design knowledge or similar knowledge.
· Three years minimum supervisory experience with a fabrication company.
· Project Planning-Developing detailed estimates, project plans, schedules and budgets.
· Field Management-Overseeing onsite millwright crews and managing subcontractors.
· Safety Compliance-Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations, given the risk associated with heavy machinery.
· Technical Oversight-Providing expertise on installations of conveyors, turbines and manufacturing equipment.
· Client Communication-Managing client expectations, scope changes and project reporting.
Pay range $35 to $40 per hour based on experience.
