Duties

- Manage daily social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception and industry trends.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase content discoverability.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other paid channels to boost reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest social media marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve strategies.
