Anchor Therapy is an established, growing group private practice located in downtown Hoboken, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to join our team who values strong clinical work, collaboration, and being part of a supportive, well-run practice.

We take care of the administrative and operational details so you can focus on what matters most: providing excellent care to your clients.

REQUIRED SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

All clinicians at Anchor Therapy are required to work evening and/or weekend hours as part of their ongoing schedule. This is an expectation of the role and allows us to meet the needs of our client population.

• Part-time: Minimum of 15 clinical hours per week
• Full-time: Minimum of 25 clinical hours per week

COMPENSATION

Compensation is fee-for-service and paid biweekly. Rates are based on licensure, experience, and time with the practice.

Provisionally Licensed therapists (LAC, LSW)

• 45-minute sessions: $58-$63
• 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $88-$93

Independently Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

• 45-minute sessions: $68-$73
• 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $98-$103

Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD)

• 45-minute sessions: $78-$83
• 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $108-$113

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE:

• Active New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
• Commitment to meeting minimum weekly clinical hours
