Anchor Therapy is an established, growing group private practice located in downtown Hoboken, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to join our team who values strong clinical work, collaboration, and being part of a supportive, well-run practice.

All clinicians at Anchor Therapy are required to work evening and/or weekend hours as part of their ongoing schedule. This is an expectation of the role and allows us to meet the needs of our client population.
- Part-time: Minimum of 15 clinical hours per week
- Full-time: Minimum of 25 clinical hours per week
Compensation is fee-for-service and paid biweekly. Rates are based on licensure, experience, and time with the practice.
- 45-minute sessions: $68-$73
- 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $98-$103
- 45-minute sessions: $58-$63
- 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $88-$93
- 45-minute sessions: $78-$83
- 60-minute sessions (intake, individual, couples, or family): $108-$113
