We're looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer who enjoys building solutions and working directly with both business and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable across both traditional development and low-code platforms, with experience in Python, Microsoft Power Platform, integrations, and automation technologies.
You'll partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design solutions, and develop automations from concept through deployment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, Python, APIs, and workflow technologies
- Gather requirements and work directly with business partners to solve process challenges
- Build low-code applications, integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled automations
- Support projects through the full lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Help establish automation best practices and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience with Python or another modern programming language
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders
- Interest in AI, Copilot, AI agents, or intelligent automation solutions
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
