Required Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and management
- Proven ability to assess and script in Cherwell (BASH, PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with ITSM processes such as change, incident, problem, and asset management
- Ability to gather compliance evidence and support audit preparation
- Competence in creating dashboards and utilizing AI for automation
- Tripwire experience is highly desirable
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with leveraging AI, automation, and Copilot within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT asset databases, CMDB, HAM, and SAM
