Anchor Innovation is hiring a mission-focused Supply Technician to support Property Accountability Services (PAS) at NSWC PCD. This role requires hands-on experience with Navy or DoD supply systems, property accountability, and warehouse operations. You’ll support traceability, audit readiness, inventory control, and documentation of Navy materials and equipment across all storage and movement processes.
We are seeking professionals who can balance attention to detail with high operational tempo and work effectively with government personnel and warehouse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct material receipt, inspection, induction, and documentation in Navy ERP (goods issue, goods receipt, transfer postings).
- Maintain 100% visibility and accountability of materials through Navy ERP and DPAS.
- Review and maintain KSDs including packing slips, WMFs, DD1149s, DD1348-1As, DD250s, and “dummy receipts.”
- Support discrepancy reporting including TDRs, SDRs, PQDR data, and unresolved material documentation.
- Perform routine and special inventories, reconciliations, and location audits.
- Identify and catalog materials to NIIN, UMM, manufacturer part number, and CAGE codes.
- Support material movement, storage, COSIS, and warehouse organization efforts.
- Provide customer support for deliveries, inquiries, and material traceability.
- Document workload, training, and mandatory reports per contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of DoD or Navy supply/logistics experience.
- Experience with Navy ERP (MIGO, MB51, LX02, ZRMIM) or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and property accountability.
- Ability to operate or obtain certification for MHE (forklift up to 36,000 lbs).
- Experience preparing or supporting DD1149, DD200 (FLIPL), TDR, SDR, and PQDR data.
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to access Navy systems and facilities.
Desired Experience:
- Experience supporting NSWC, NUWC, NAVSEA, or NECC logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of NAVSUP P-723, P-529, P-485, or OM&S policies.
- Familiarity with DPAS, iPDM, ETIDS, or DRMO/Disposition processes
