AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
- Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
- Perform all procedures safely.
- Documents actions and client response to care provided.
- Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
- Maintain client’s comfort and well-being
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or College Degree
- Reliable Transportation
- Reliable Mobile Communication Device
- Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR, COVID Vaccine
- Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
