Role Description
We are seeking motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineers to join our glass production team as Line Leaders. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, industrial environment and prefer being on the production floor rather than behind a desk. You will work directly with equipment, processes, and operators to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput in real time.

Role Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing operations by working directly on the production floor
- Analyze and improve glass production processes for efficiency, safety, and quality
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real time
- Collaborate with operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors to implement improvements
- Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
- Assist with equipment setup, testing, and optimization
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

- High level of visualization and spatial reasoning skills (Spatial reasoning skills test required as part of the application process)
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related field) preferred
