Customer Account Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Account Specialist based in Fort Worth, TX. The Customer Account Specialist will manage customer accounts by maintaining strong communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes processing and tracking orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and resolving any issues that arise. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining accurate records within the company's systems are key components of the position. The specialist will also identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancement efforts.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and general computer skills
• Analytical skills for order tracking and resolution of customer issues
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is a plus
