Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Brake Press Operator to join our team at our LaVergne, TN facility. This is an on-site role in which you will be responsible for operating brake press machinery, ensuring high-quality output, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate will support and uphold Anchor Fabrication's commitment to quality and operational excellence in manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Troubleshooting to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely
- Ability to perform Quality Control tasks with precision to ensure finished products meet standards
- Experience with Trumf presses a plus
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Prior experience operating brake press required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
