Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' conditions and determining appropriate treatment plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient status
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and their families on managing their conditions post-discharge
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
