Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care Med-Surg Adult
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Med-Surg Adult team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality care for adult patients in need of medical and surgical interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and medical records
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care med-surg adult nursing
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
