The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to patients experiencing acute illness or injury in a fast-paced environment. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients, providing immediate treatment, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assess and prioritize patient needs in emergency situations

2. Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians

3. Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment

4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

5. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop patient care plans

6. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

8. Assist with emergency procedures and interventions as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid RN license and BLS certification

2. Proven experience in emergency or critical care nursing

3. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

4. Ability to work effectively under pressure

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

7. Knowledge of emergency room protocols and best practices
