Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and ensure accurate processing of employee payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll software, compliance with labor laws, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with payroll audits and reporting.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
