This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for HVAC system installation, service, and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems are functioning efficiently. The technician will also be responsible for addressing and repairing issues related to heating and air conditioning units.
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Experience in Plumbing and Electrical work
- EPA certification and knowledge of environmental safety regulations
- Strong understanding of Electricity and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications and training in HVAC systems are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree preferred
