PART-TIME JANITORIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Pay:
$75.00 per visit (each building)

Schedule:

• Thursday – One Location (all work must be done before Friday at 2:00 AM)
• Friday – Two Locations
• All assigned work must be completed before Monday at 2:00 AM (Friday's Only)

ANB Cleaning Services LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaning Technicians to service commercial facilities in Sterling and Ashland, Virginia. This position is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income and who can work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of assigned areas
• Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
• Trash removal and liner replacement
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Following client specifications and company procedures
• Reporting maintenance or supply issues
• Taking photo verification when required

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation required
• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Smartphone for communication and photo verification
• Ability to pass a background check if required by the client
