Job Summary:
ANB Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaning Technician to service a commercial facility in Burke, Virginia. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and takes pride in delivering quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of assigned areas
- Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Following client specifications and company procedures
- Reporting maintenance or supply issues
- Taking photo verification when required
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation required
- Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Smartphone for communication and photo verification
- Ability to pass a background check if required by the client
