Hiring Pay Ranges

$21.50 - $29.00 per hour (Includes $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment)

  • Human Resources Coordinator I - $21.50 - $26.00 per hour
  • Human Resources Coordinator II - $24.50 - $29.00 per hour
  • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.
  • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program

**Summary**

  • Responsible for the coordination of leave of absence and benefit administration. Provides ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources Team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **

  • Uploads all necessary information and ensures that employee files are compliant with Federal, State, and Local Laws.
  • Assists with the pre and post-employment activities for new hires and exiting employees (generates offer letters, runs criminal and FFIEC background checks, create new hire profiles, send exit information to employees, etc.)
  • Receives and reviews Personnel Action Notices (PANs) for completeness and appropriate approvals and submits to Payroll for processing.
  • Assists the Human Resources Officer with managing recruitment efforts including posting all requisition requests, job advertisements and billing, attending and coordinating job fairs, and assisting hiring managers with candidate questions.
  • Assists the Human Resources Officer with the coordination of employee performance reviews.
  • Provides the initial response to unemployment claims for the Company.
  • Responds to internal and external human resources related inquiries and provides assistance as appropriate.
  • Manages employment law poster compliance and communication to branches for posting requirements.
  • Provides HR reports utilizing the HRIS system and analyzes the data with the HR Director.
  • Participates in special projects as assigned by the HR Director or HR Officers.
  • Provides ongoing administrative support to the HR Director and HR Officers.
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

**Education and/or Experience**

**Human Resources Coordinator I**

  • 1 years related Human Resources experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred previous experience in administering leave of absence, benefit administration, and/or reporting analysis.
  • Demonstrated skills in handling and maintaining confidential data and information.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to complete VLOOKUPS, Macros, Conditional Formatting, and Filters required. Intermediate to advanced skills in other Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

**Human Resources Coordinator II**

  • 2 - 3 years related Human Resources experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in administering leave of absence, benefit administration, and reporting analysis.
  • Demonstrated skills in handling and maintaining confidential data and information.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to complete VLOOKUPS, Macros, Conditional Formatting, and Filters required. Intermediate to advanced skills in other Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

**Work Schedule: **

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
