Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional, certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a part of our luxury fitness center, you will be responsible for delivering premium, tailored fitness programs that challenge and inspire our clients. Ideal candidates are passionate, client-focused professionals dedicated to helping clients reach their peak physical potential while providing an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized training programs for clients based on individual fitness goals, assessments, and abilities.
• Educate and motivate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and the benefits of fitness.
• Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients to ensure they remain motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
• Continuously assess client progress and adapt programs to ensure measurable, sustainable results.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current fitness trends and advanced training methodologies to integrate into client programs.
• Ensure the gym environment remains welcoming, clean, and aligned with the gym’s luxury standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a high-end or luxury gym setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and fitness programming.
• CPR/AED certification.
• A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to professional growth and staying up to date with the latest in fitness research and trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs.
