This position produces the design of digital-website and digital-marketing assets, email and promotional materials, social media content, blog graphics, and other projects for the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing team.
Essential Job Functions
- Concept and execute end-to-end design for Amazon Brand Storefronts, seasonal landing pages, and product page imagery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, promotional strategy, and retailer requirements without supervision.
- Execute/produce content for ecommerce sites, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches, product page imagery and other marketing initiatives under the direction of the Art Director. Art Director provides mood boards and Graphic Designer draft concepts for the launch, etc.
- Assist in executing ecommerce site assets including homepages, landing pages, PLP banners, navigation, and blog pages, and other marketing initiatives under the direction of the Art Director. Graphic Designer drafts concepts for the marketing initiatives stated above.
- Drafts email marketing campaigns on daily and weekly cadences, working with Marketing and CRM teams to implement creative updates, maintain brand alignment, and meet campaign deadlines.
- Ensure a high level of creativity in all work produced, ensures quality of work and style is consistent and cohesive – both within the Ecomm department and cross-departments (with Education, Marketing & Social departments)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for emails, landing pages, site & social needs without supervision.
- Manage creative request workflow by prioritizing projects, delegating to team members, managing cross-departmental routing of artwork for approvals, enforcing request standards, managing timelines.
- Extensive hands-on brand and graphic design experience in a digital field.
- Deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. Premiere experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with a start-up mentality.
- Experience with design project management – must have previous role managing creative workflow, including prioritization, reviewing copy/graphics and the approval process.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Photo retouching skills
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take direction and work closely with team members – both within and across departments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- This position is hybrid and will require in-person meetings at least 1x per week.
- Sitting (typing, work on a computer and phone consistently during the day); Some standing & walking, bending, and stooping; Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Salary : $70,304 - $75,000
