Responsibilities
- Design compelling marketing materials across various channels including email campaigns, affiliate marketing, paid social media, homepage, site graphics, and more.
- Create original and effective graphic designs and layouts tailored for diverse marketing applications.
- Develop visually appealing layouts by selecting appropriate typography, imagery, and arranging design elements clearly and cohesively.
- Utilize AI-driven tools for creative conceptualization, ideation, and to enhance overall design processes.
- Uphold and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Operations team, utilizing performance analytics and insights to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative designs for marketing and social media initiatives.
- Proactively take on special projects, executing them efficiently with creativity and attention to detail.
- Support additional graphics and marketing responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall departmental success.
- BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three plus years creating content and material for a fashion company.
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
