Analyze Pathology is seeking an experienced PRN / Per Diem Pathologists' Assistant (PA(ASCP)) to provide vacation coverage for our Anatomic Pathology laboratory in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This position is intended solely for occasional vacation and planned time-off coverage. It is ideal for a currently practicing Pathologists' Assistant seeking supplemental income and a flexible schedule.
Pay: $55.00 per hour

- You require guaranteed hours.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform gross examination and dissection of routine and complex surgical pathology specimens.
- Ensure accurate specimen description, sampling, and documentation.
- Work closely with pathologists and laboratory staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all CAP, CLIA, OSHA, and laboratory quality standards.
Qualifications
- Current PA(ASCP) certification is required.
- Graduate of a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists' Assistant program.
- Previous surgical pathology grossing experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule
- PRN / Per Diem.
- Vacation coverage only.
- Hours and days will vary based on staffing needs.
- No minimum or guaranteed hours.
