What You’ll Do
· Take full ownership of day-to-day operations at existing QSR locations
· Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
· Optimize operations to improve efficiency, costs, and profitability
· Drive performance metrics across sales, labor, and customer satisfaction
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
