Description:
As a Security Engineer, you are either developing deep technical expertise in a specific focus area or a broader, big picture view within your specific focus area. You deliver substantial contributions towards an existing security project with minimal assistance from more senior team members and produce high-quality engineering artifacts. You will help the team by addressing commonly escalated issues, sharing your knowledge on a broad set of topics, and assisting junior team members. You will establish new working relationships with customers or stakeholders to contribute to project collaborations. Responsibilities include:
- With minimal guidance, proactively seek assistance when needed to design and implement tools or processes to solve established security problems. Contribute substantial features and bug fixes to existing tools and products.
- Operate information security systems, analyze or respond to threats, or execute repeatable information security procedures covered by existing guidelines. Execute all of the team's tasks independently and efficiently, knowing when to escalate to more senior engineers or other teams. Own complex but short-lived (?1 month) operational tasks, and where needed, provide guidance for more junior engineers. Identify and implement changes to tools, processes, or guidelines that meaningfully improve the security outcomes or operational efficiency at the team level.
- Evaluate the security and/or risk of interconnected but well scoped products, systems, services, processes, threats, or incidents and clearly communicate the associated risk to stakeholders. Identify and recommend mitigations to security issues.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:

Spike in NPI work(New Product Introduction) for the XR team, This temp worker will help monitor the review pipeline to ensure security findings are remediated in XR before the product launches. We have multiple new products coming in XR world and this role will help run the operations smoothly.
Salary : $60 - $80
