Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities with a high level of accuracy and independence
- Process transactions in our ERP/MRP system (SAP, Factorylogix, or similar)
- Prepare shipments—domestic and routine international—ensuring compliance with shipping guidelines
- Inspect incoming materials and address any issues such as damage or discrepancies
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to keep schedules on track
- Maintain accurate records and an organized, safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Serve as a go-to resource for routine shipping/receiving questions
- Help train and support newer team members
- Participate in inventory counts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Take on additional responsibilities as the team and business evolve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Factorylogix, or similar preferred)
- Confidence processing shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
- Ability to prepare both domestic and routine international shipments
- Forklift experience (certification a plus, but we can help you get there!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve routine challenges independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Clear communication with team members and external partners (e.g., carriers)
- Active, hands-on role in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
